I came to Yoga and meditation many years ago whilst recovering form an illness. Little did I know then that they would become a lifelong study, always the student, learning to live a life of yoga. 

​

I provide group and one-to-one sessions in child, teen, adult and child special needs, family, Yin, breath-led dynamic and restorative classes for all abilities, and also combine yoga with mindful craft for longer, bespoke workshops and mini retreats.
